Refund & Returns

1. No Refunds or Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, and we do not offer refunds. This is because some of our products are made to order and come in fragile glass bottles and fragile acrylic bottles, which require careful handling and preparation.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We require an 360 degree unboxing video as proof of the damage or error. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please note that minor variations in colour, scent, or texture are natural with herbal products and do not qualify as defects.

3. Shipping Address and Contact Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information during the order process. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect information. If a product is returned to us due to incorrect address details, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees to resend the item.

4. Return Process
In the event, a return is authorized by our concern, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
